STEPS FOR UTILIZATION: Patient Assistant requires a second Apple device for full functionality.
1. Patient completes appropriate pages corresponding to their office visit on a personal or clinic device.
2. Utilizing AirDrop, data is sent to the physicians device for import using Doc Assistant.
3. HPI can then be exported from Doc Assistant to the iPhone/iPad clipboard for pasting into your office visit note.
